s.v. Luffitt

s.v. Luffitt was a 19' Lighting, #398. In a bit of dire straits when I bought her from a neighbor. Several months of work, a fresh coat of paint and she was ready to sail again. Orca I (my German Shepard) and I were soon ripping it up in Lake Ontario. Orca learned the commands to tack and would shift his considerable weight as we tacked. One summer we decided to circumnavigate Lake Ontario. So many adventures on that cruise. Unfortunately she met her fate one foul day when weather broke her mooring and wave action threw her onto the harbor rocks. I was heart broken when I found out what had happened.
