There is a small glass doored cabinet located adjacent to the kitchen door that houses games and other entertainment items. There is ample light provided by dimmable overhead fixtures in the entry way and living room.
Moving into the galley styled kitchen, there is a short counter and cabinet combo on your left, sink and cabinet on your far left. Contained in the center island is the gas stove and a large area of counter space. Drawers and cabinets, around the island, contain silverware, plates, bowls, etc.The refrigerator/bottom drawer freezer is next to the stove.Lighting is provided by an antique wall fixture and dimmable light fixtures over the island counter work space.
Far left upon entering the kitchen is the entrance to the full bath/shower, complimented by a large non-opening skylight and a small opening West window. The large cabinet houses towels and face cloths and the small cabinet , under the mirror, provides storage for bathroom supplies.
On the far West wall of the kitchen is the SW bedroom, which has a walkin closet and four windows for natural light and sunset exposure. Coming back into the kitchen, you turn left and enter the carpeted dining room. The dining room has four opening windows and seating for up to six adults.
Entering the master bedroom through the glass paneled door, to your right is a medium sized walk-in closet. The carpeted master bedroom is a huge 13’ x 20’ with a very large bay window facing East and two windows facing North. Exiting the master bedroom via the rear glass paned door brings you into the mud room. Here you will find the upright freezer for additional ice and storage of food. To your left is the exit door to the outside patio. The back room has a full expanse of western exposed windows looking out onto the back yard. GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE BASEMENT.

Walking to the Western side of the property brings you to the creek bank and
the designated wetlands which offer a stunning visual array of wildlife from turkey buzzards to seagulls and being on a 55’ high embankment, at the South-West corner one can view almost a mile of wetlands, without seeing any manmade items. It is a rare perspective of a wetland one seldom sees in this area.
